This Group is for Individuals Who:

  • Want to improve their relationships with themselves and others

  • May identify as “People Pleasers”

  • Struggle with their mental health or have a history of trauma

  • Feel lonely or isolated in their experiences and want connection and understanding from others who get it

  • Feel like individual therapy is only taking them so far

  • Crave a deeper therapeutic experience

 

This Women’s Therapy Group will help you…

  • Gain deeper awareness of the thoughts and tendencies that are keeping you from fully experiencing life and accepting the ups and downs that come with it.

  • Learn how to effectively communicate your needs and set healthy boundaries in your relationships with friends, partners, family members, friends, coworkers, and more.

  • Feel seen, heard, and validated by connecting with others who can relate to you in a safe, honest, and supportive environment.

  • Learn the impact you have on other people and learn more about how others impact you.

Self-identified women of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and spiritual or religious backgrounds are welcome.
